The yard also includes a firepit, bocce ball court, six lounge chairs, an outdoor living room for six, and a gas BBQ grill for an evening cookout. When it is time to head inside, the recreation room is just off the kitchen boasting a comfy seating area with a flatscreen TV and a ping-pong table. Mealtimes will be a breeze in the open-style chef kitchen fully equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy and prepare your favorite recipes. Plus, each room is filled with modern charm and vibrant colors for each person to experience their own piece of paradise.

There is an optional fee to heat the pool at this home. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Please call Vacasa to pay for pool heat. The cost will be $49/day.

THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
