Enter the front doors into the large great room. You'll find a living room with dry bar, fireplace, dining room with large wood dining table for 8 people, and a large cooks kitchen with professional grade appliances and ample cabinet and counter space. From the great room there are two wings of the house. All new bedding with all king beds.

To the north, you'll find an attached casita with a living room with a bunk bed set, a bedroom with king bed and a full bath as well as a private patio area off the living room. There is a large family room in this wing as well with a fireplace, pool table and a large flat screen tv and sectional seating. This room serves as a very comfortable entertainment/gathering area.

To the south, this wing contains 3 more bedrooms, with king beds with en-suite baths, and a master bedroom with a king size bed and a large en-suite bath with fireplace. The master bedroom has access to the patio and the pool. You'll also find access to the laundry and garage from this wing of the home.

From the great room, the sliding glass doors lead to a gorgeous full length covered patio space with an outdoor fireplace with sectional seating and fans for year round comfort on one end, outdoor dining in the middle, and a comfy seating are at the opposite end. From the patio you'll enjoy a vast, green grass, resort-like back yard with a beautiful pool and spa, new pool deck and all new pool loungers and pool furnishings. There is a gas grill outside for grilling as well. This home can comfortably sleep 6 adults plus 2 children. The official allowable occupancy rate can accommodate 2 additional children under the age of 12. Please contact us about your group for any questions.

*A Few Things to Note:

The pool can be heated for a nominal fee which varies depending upon the time of year. We will discuss this with you upon booking or can quote it for you ahead of time. Pool heat is usually needed from November – May of each year. Spa heat is always complimentary.

This a no smoking rental.

Palm Springs has a few rules around renting in our city. These rules apply to ALL short-term rentals in the city and are not our house rules, however we must inform you of these rules and apply them to your rental per city law. To summarize:

~ You must be 25 years old to rent/Responsible party must present copy of ID.
~ No more than 2 people per bedroom allowed (8 adults for this house, plus 2 children under 12)
~ No more than 4 cars can be parked at the house (1 per bedroom)
~ No OUTDOOR music allowed 24 hours per day (indoor music cannot be audible at the property line)
~ A separate contract is required (in addition to the 3rd party booking company contract)
