Enter through a gated courtyard to find a sophisticated palette of plush creams and neutrals, lofty ceilings, and a wonderful indoor entertaining space with a pool table and ample seating for dining and lounging. You can prepare breakfast each morning in the well-outfitted kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a large prep island, and spend the day outside on the terrace, swimming in the private pool, relaxing in the attached spa, and enjoying the shaded seating areas and outdoor firepit. When it's time to turn in, you'll have two king bedrooms and two queen bedrooms to choose from, with three of the four bedrooms peacefully situated in a private wing of the house.

If you're a golf enthusiast, you've come to the right place, with championship golf courses awaiting in every direction, including the public Palm Desert Country Club (three miles south) and Shadow Ridge Golf Club (six miles northwest). If you're in town to watch some professional tennis at the Indian Wells Masters/BNP Paribas Open, you'll also be only three miles north of the Indian Wells Tennis Garden.

People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
