I have stayed here several times in several of the different apartments available, always clean and warm and comfortable. Self check in is super easy and there is street parking right outside, everyone I have stayed I have managed to park right outside of the main entrance. Great host with clear communication
If you have mobility issues you will need the ground floor as no lift is available.

Location was important for us as booked this apartment for a conference nearby. That's prob about the best thing.
Alot of faffing around with company managing this apartment. On day of check in told me there is an issue with apartment and might have to check in a little later. Was fine with that, then hour later, story changed and I cannot have the apartment that I booked. Gave me another one which imo wasn't as nice. I asked at the very least if I could check in earlier so I could see this replacement. First they said yes then changed their minds all of a sudden. Alot of ringing and trying make me feel like I was 'gettinf a better apartment' when we both knew this wasn't the case. Offered me nothing in return for all the hassle. Had to chase them for the new access codes several times.
The process for getting key is complicated. Need 3 different codes to be able to get key and get into door that leads to apartment. The keypad doesn't even work properly. By looks of it all the people in that block keep the door unlocked because of it as the keypad is useless. Which makes it a safety issue as anyone can get in.
Apartment wasn't super clean. Deffo not as clean as an hotel would have been, although these guys charge you a cleaning fee.. go figure
All in all, wished I'd probably stayed at an hotel, this apartment for the price wasn't worth it at all, especially after the issues I faced. Figured I'd wait to get my deposit back before I wrote this review cause they called me day after all these issues to ask if I can write a good review..
