With its five bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and a main level consisting of a kitchen and a kitchenette, plus enough elbow room to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, this home is perfect for large families and get-togethers with old friends. You'll love having the river right behind the home, especially when you get to enjoy your morning coffee while pulling up trout just steps from the back deck. Inside, the downstairs area enjoys two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. The main level has lots of comfortable furniture in the living room, plus a large flatscreen TV. You'll also have plenty of space to cook in with the kitchen and kitchenette featuring two stoves, two refrigerators, and two dining areas with tables. Upstairs, you'll find a main bedroom with a queen-size bed, a full bath, and a sitting area, perfect for a little quiet reading time. Outside you'll have decks with mountain and river views to enjoy your al-fresco meals on. This home enjoys a two-car garage and there is plenty of space for ATVs and trailers, and the house sits on three acres of land, so the kids will have lots of grassy space to run around on while you're here, plus the Rio Grande is right behind the home, so everyone will have plenty of outdoor fun during hotter months.

The house is great- plenty of space for our big group and nice amenities such as access to the river, large yard, and outdoor spaces. The use of Vacasa is quite frustrating because it made simple request such as, “is toilet paper stored somewhere on the property,” take hours to resolve as vacasa has to open a ticket and then someone gets with you at some point. I wish the communication were more direct. Again the house was great but it seemed that whoever is managing the property had not done so very well as there was no toilet paper, no paper towels and there was trash leftover outside from a previous rental. Would stay here again for sure but there’s room for improvement on the management side.

We loved the ponds and river behind the house! This is a great place to stay with lots of other people, especially with the 3 bathrooms.
We saw muskrats in the pond which was fun!
