O flat fica no Wyndham Paulista, com toda a qualidade de serviços dessa rede. Destaco como pontos positivos a excelente localização, com restaurantes, supermercados, drogarias e shopping centers próximos, além da disponibilidade do restaurante do Hotel para café, almoço e jantar. Destaco também a disponibilização de alguns gêneros e itens pela anfitriã no apartamento, tais como café, açúcar, sal, pratos, copos, talheres, ferro de passar, secador de cabelo, etc.
Nos primeiros dias de hospedagem apenas um dos 3 elevadores possibilitava o deslocamento ao andar do apartamento alugado mediante a inserção de chave magnética, gerando espera e aglomeração de hóspedes em alguns momentos. Nos últimos dias da hospedagem, os 3 elevadores foram liberados para todos os andares.
