FRALEMAR Arinaga - San Francisco

I had good communication with the owner right through to collecting the keys. The owner took us up to the apartment and showed us round. Sadly my Spanish wasn't good enough to understand everything and the owner didnt speak English but we got through enough information between us. The owner was very good and immediately brought additional toilets and kitchen rolls after handover The apartment had everything we needed and also unexpectedly a washing machine and dryer (but didnt use them). There was free WiFi and a 32" TV with normal terrestrial channels. The apartment was at the top end of Arinaga but only a 10 minute walk down to the sea front where there were many bars/restaurants to choose from. There was a petrol station close by which as we were on a motorbiking holiday was very useful. Also very close to bus routes which were very frequent and regular. There were two super markets close to the apartment which were small but had what was needed for essentials. The area was quiet and felt safe enough to leave a motorbike on the street over night with a disc lock on.

We had to hang around outside the apartment for around 10 minutes but this was more due to us arriving slightly earlier than expected I think The apartment does indeed have everything you need and it does all work, but some of it is a little dated and a bit of TLC to spruce the place up wouldn't go amiss but all told for two blokes having a weeks motorbike holiday for the price paid it was perfect

É uma ótima localização, tem praias, restaurantes e supermercado perto. Fica literalmente a meio da ilha, foi muito fácil e rápido chegar tanto ao norte como ao sul.

Não temos nada a aponta negativo. Superou as nossas expectativas.

Lokalizacja na plus, blisko plaża i sklepy ale miasto jest dość nudne. Arinaga to dobra baza wypadowa

La secadora y el sofá chaselong. El gran espacio de almacenaje que dan los armarios. Nos dejó bolsa de hielo como obsequio de bienvenida. Podría haber dejado botellas de agua. Suele haber plazas de aparcamiento al rededor.

Dormitorio matrimonio: La.cama de matrimonio es de 1,35. Mi marido y yo no cabíamos. Las luces de la pared están de adorno. No podía leer en la cama. El ventilador (clavado a la pared) no tenía la tapa de seguridad. Dormitorio juvenil: Colchones finos incómodos, con canapé uno y el otro de láminas. Mucho ruido. Viendo reseñas anteriores el dueño contestaba que los cambiarían, en seis meses (fecha de reseñas anterories) no han cambiado, siguen ahí. Las ventanas de ambos cuartos son abatibles y sopla mucho el viento, imposible dormir con las ventanas abiertas. Nos hizo calor sofocante. Se agradeces al menos dos ventiladores, en óptimas condiciones. Cocina: Al extractor no le funciona la luz, el servicio de platos, vasos... era insuficiente para 4 personas. El mobiliario de la casa parece de segunda mano. Salvo el sofá, que es lo mejor. Limpieza: no repuso rollos de papel higiénico, ni bolsas o trapos de cocina en dos semanas que estuvimos (porque ya teníamos pagadas por adelantado). El dueño del alojamiento vive en el primero y no fue un buen anfitrión. Tuve que comprar lejía y lavaplatos (de esto solo dejó botella pequeña para dos semanas.) Es un tercero sin ascensor y no esta al lado de la playa.
