House is outstanding with plenty of room, great garden for the dog (and double garage) location was perfect five/ten minute walk to Thones plenty of bars and restaurants also Carrefour supermarket selling all the usual provisions as well as regional produce.
Ideally situated for sightseeing 20 minute drive to Lake Annecy or La Clusaz we ventured to Chamonix (90 minutes direct) or go via The Col de Aravis absolutely stunning drive with magnificent views of Mount Blanc from the top, and then on to Courmayer Italy for Pizza.
We could go on but recommend you try it yourself.

An amazing house in a quiet and convenient location.
At a guess, this place was fitted out with top quality fittings and furniture in the 80s.
Some of the beds are in urgent need of replacement.
There are only 3 wood chairs outside, around a large table, and nothing else, so check when you book.
The gas BBQ,could not be used due to parts missing.
If the above points were rectified, we would stay again.
