The Brickhouse Loft is a very nice place to stay. The staff is great, very responsive. The location is great, in a walkable small town downtown area. Close to restaurants and shops.
The suite itself was nice, clean, and comfortable. Had all the basics. The only challenges we faced was the internet was a bit unreliable and the only way to watch TV was using smart TV that had to connect to internet, which dropped out repeatedly. There was some weather in the area the first night that could have caused the problem but the issues continued with clear weather the rest of our stay. The other challenge was that we were on the ground floor and had no one above us the first night but then someone checked in the second night of our stay and we could hear everything they did and were loud till around 1 am.
All in all it is a lovely place to stay and a great location and we would stay there again. The staff responded promptly to all our texts and were very helpful with things they could control.
