About this house rental
2700 Sq. ft. river home with plenty of room for families, reunions, group fishing trips, corporate getaways, weddings, and other large gatherings, with room to spare! Newly remodeled with all amenities included. Bedrooms include the option of two twins for our fishing groups who don't want to share a bed, OR a king for each room for a couple's retreat! Contact host for additional guest accommodations!
Private access to the Kenai River, just walk out the back door and down the steps! Warmth radiates from our very large sunroom with massive windows and views overlooking the river. If you're lucky, watch the resident eagle catch fish and perch on the trees right outside. Convenient to stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and local drinking establishments. Make your getaway memorable at Gull's Landing.

We had a wonderful stay at Kimberly’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. Kimberly was a fantastic host—very responsive, thoughtful, and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The location was great and felt like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back again someday. Thank you, Kimberly!

This was the perfect property for our family that included 6 adults and one child. It is just as described. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the beautiful view of the river. The location is fabulous on the river and a good driving distance for day trips to Homer and Seward. Highly recommend this home if you are looking to stay in Soldotna.
