Fairway Estate - Feel at home while you are away!
The Kenai Peninsula is known as Alaska’s playground. Fairway Estate is the perfect hub for all your adventures; located at the edge of the town of Soldotna. The house is set along the 4th fairway of Birch Ridge Golf Course. Nearly every room has a sprawling mountain view with the famous Mount Redoubt front and center. You will enjoy 3000 sq. ft. of custom home with an open floor plan, formal living space and entertainment room, master bedroom and bath with an extra large tub and a queen bed. Other bedrooms include a 2nd room with a king bed, a 3rd room with a queen bed and a 4th bedroom suite with two doubles and its own television. There is a twin sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room plus full and twin air mattresses. The home easily sleeps 12. No need to fret if the weather isn’t the best; after a long day of activity request sauna services and enjoy the hot sauna and manicured garden around the house. A barbecue is provided as well as outdoor seating to fully enjoy the view and Alaskan summer. Fish processing is not allowed on the premises, but processors are nearby this central location. This is a fantastic property to stay at while exploring everything Alaska has to offer. The owners made sure we had everything we needed. The home was very clean and comfortable with incredible views, especially at sunset!Highly recommend!

My mother came up to visit me this year during her birthday. My siblings and extended family thought it would be the perfect opportunity to catch her off guard and surprise her. But we needed a clean home (not a cabin) large enough to sleep everyone. Peter and his wife's home did not disappoint. Their home is beautiful, spacious, and has a great view of Redoubt during the long summer days. The kids played in the backyard and we knew they were safe. I think the kids were on their devices once during the entire trip. The location was ideal in a quiet cul-de-sac less than 10 minutes from Fred Meyer's. My mom had a wonderful surprise and my family had an amazing visit to the area. Peter was very responsive to all our inquiries. I highly recommend this space for large families.

If you are considering booking this rental for a large group - do it. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious and included all the amenities we needed. The location is private and has the added features of a big lawn and amazing sauna, which our group put to good use. Peter and Erin were terrific hosts - good communication and checked in with us periodically to make sure all of our needs were met. Will definitely book again!
