Современная квартира с отличным ремонтом на высоком этаже на границе старого города. Все туристические достопримечательности начинаются прямо у входа в дом. Крутой хозяин, всегда на связи, быстро отвечал на все вопросы и скидывал фото-инструкции. Квартира выходит на северную сторону - тень и прохлада даже в жаркий день. Прямо под окнами ходит трамвайчик - можно смотреть, как на рельсах спят толстые собаки, а он их разгоняет!
Холодно. Отдыхали в ноябре, днём +22..26, ночью +14..16. Почти каждый вечер или ночь включали кондиционер на обогрев. Вид из окон почти никуда не ведёт, смотреть не на что, жалюзи всё время закрыты. Под окнами очень много увеселительных заведений, шумят до 1-2ч ночи. Ближайший крупный сетевой магазин (Мигрос) в 600м, ничего приличного ближе - нет. Грязный подъезд, кошки гадят прямо на ступеньки, осторожно!
