Lugar muito bom como esperava. Ótima casa, ótimo condomínio. Casa muito bem equipada, uma vista linda com ótima limpeza e organização. Casa com 3 andares, 3 quartos, 2 banheiros (chuveiro top) e duas varandas com visual lindo. Sendo uma varanda é de um dos quartos. Condomínio muito limpo e organizado, piscina muito boa e ótima praia para criança brincar. No condomínio tem opção de aluguel de caiaque e restaurante.

Um pouco chato é escada do condomínio, porém nada que atrapalha a estadia. Não indico para pessoas com problemas de locomoção.

Excelente casa, toda equipada, anfitrião super disponível. Casa muito limpa, com manutenção em dia, ótima localização, segura… Cozinha com todos os utensílios necessários, banheiro com chuveiro maravilhoso, quartos com boas camas, ar condicionados muito bons…. Ter um quarto com 6 camas foi um diferencial, minha filha conseguiu dormir junto com todas as amigas no aniversário dela.

Acho que a roupa de cama poderia melhorar.

Muitos lances de escadas no condomínio e na casa, nada de desabone, só não recomendado para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção.

Ótimo custo x benefício

A casa atendeu bem o nosso grupo de 6 pessoas, com ar condicionado, camas confortáveis, sala ampla e cozinha bem equipada. O condomínio possui ma piscina grande, meu filho de 7 anos amou o escorrega e ao lado dá para ficar na praia pq tem uma pequena faixa de areia com conchinhas e água transparente. Anfitriã sempre prestativa a responder com educação.

Em relação à casa senti falta de secador de cabelo (mulheres me entenderão... rs) e possui bastante escadas, assim como o condomínio tb é bastante subida e as vagas de carros não são marcadas, então depende da sorte de pegar na porta de casa. Evite levar muitas malas pesadas pq é difícil para subir e idosos/ deficientes podem ter dificuldade. Mas no geral o custo x benefício para nós valeu a pena.
