It was minimal (in a good way) all I needed was a bed to sleep in. There were lots of generous amenities (face masks, tooth brushes, hair dryers laundry etc.). It was VERY quiet and close to Utsunomia Station. Female only was a bonus for my first night as a solo traveller. It was easy to get in (instructions were clear)
It was perhaps almost too quiet. But I'm not really complaining about it. It was perfect for my simple needs so I don't really have anything to say.

Super convenient location right near the station. Pro tip: walk along the train tracks so you don't have to go through the nightlife district. It's a single-layer capsule hotel, so no creaking sounds from upper bunks and super easy to get in and out. There's also a locked storage space under the bed for your bags.
If I'm being picky, it would've been nice if they had charging cables like USB Type-C right in the pod.
