No food included. Location excellent with metro train nearby and cross harbour ferries available.
Electronic keys. Two identical keys provided however no advice that 1 key activates the building access doors and the other the condo. This caused initial confusion that access was denied until we accidentally discovered they were different electronically.

Clean, nice, very near Tube
Because of poor communications ( 3 or 4 phone calls ) and around of 90 minutes waiting to get the passkey ruined good experience

The room was clean and well-made up.
The shower had water pressure and water temperature issues. Whoever manages the unit obviously doesn't prioritize repairs.
