The location, the facilities -gym and swimming pool
That was not too clean upon arrival, clunky customer service , the need to sign agreement to charge your card 90 days post your stay

No food included. Location excellent with metro train nearby and cross harbour ferries available.
Electronic keys. Two identical keys provided however no advice that 1 key activates the building access doors and the other the condo. This caused initial confusion that access was denied until we accidentally discovered they were different electronically.

The room was clean and well-made up.
The shower had water pressure and water temperature issues. Whoever manages the unit obviously doesn't prioritize repairs.
