The boat is fully air conditioned in the summer and heated during the winter. The covered front deck has outdoor seating. Sip your cocktail and watch the harbor traffic . Free Wi-Fi is included in your rental.
Perfect for 2 it can also be an economical choice for 4 with the sleep sofa in the living room. We are located in the Charlestown Marina. Accessible via water taxi, car, or taxi. Walk to the USS Constitution, Bunker Hill , TD Garden and the North End. MBTA water shuttle is a short walk. UBER readily available. Parking is available at $25 per day and must be reserved ahead or spaces can be full.

Our convenient location makes it easy for you reach points of interest.

Unique experience and great value! I was overwhelmed by the long email with all the rules and information, but Sherri was great and made everything easy to understand. Had a bit of a hiccup right off the bat, as we were initially checked into the wrong boat. Luckily, I pointed out the discrepancy and it was corrected right away. The only trouble at that point was that the incorrect boat was ready, but ours wasn't. In the meantime, we were able to drop off our luggage and go explore. The area is highly walkable, quiet, and we felt safe at all times during our stay. One of the Old Town Trolley stops is nearby, as is the Freedom Trail. Best breakfast nearby was Tatte Bakery and we had pizza delivered from Brewer's Fork - highly recommended! I worried about being seasick on the boat, but thankfully, it wasn't an issue. It took a good 3 days upon departure to feel like I wasn't on the boat, however. Checkout was confusing, as instructions posted on fridge differed from verbal instructions given by Sherri, but host was quick to respond and clarify. Shower is very tiny. Bed was very comfortable. Took some troubleshooting to figure out the TV, but it worked just fine. Overall, pretty great stay!

Great location, close to the Freedom Trail and the USS Constitution and Bunker Hill. The houseboat was clean, the bed so comfy and it had everything we needed during our stay. We felt safe and secure in our home away from home.
