4️⃣ NO Street Parking of any vehicles. All vehicles must be parked on the designated area within the property. No commercial vehicles allowed. Please see the property map onsite for the designated parking area.
5️⃣ NO more than 6 Vehicles allowed. Due to the city ordinances, only a limited number of vehicles are allowed.
6️⃣ NO Disturbances around the neighborhood. This includes racing, revving, and spinning out cars/motorcycles on or around the property. Most importantly, NO DISTURBING THE NEIGHBORS! NO EXCEPTIONS! If any neighbor or authority contacts us during your stay to report violation of any of the above rules, then you will be reported to the channel you booked under and required to leave the property immediately without refund.
7️⃣ For your protection, like any hotel, we have security cameras in the front yard and backyard covering the outside premises.
8️⃣ Pets – Allowed if the Property owner approves and you pay the pet fee. Unauthorized pets may result in booking cancellation and/or a $1,000 fine.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I was there for a reunion of childhood friends. We spent nearly all of our time at the home, as everyone had visited Vegas many time before. We hired a private chef and he had all kitchen items needed. Excellent stay, with plenty activities!

House was Incredibly clean and definitely made us feel safe in this pandemic.An amazing staycation home. The house is very spacious and has many things for everyone to do. There were 3 families staying in this home so there was a total of 12 people and the house still felt huge for all of us. The house was super clean and well organized. The neighborhood is a great location, nice and quiet. It is only about 20 minutes away from the strip but very close to grocery stores and retail stores. The backyard was the highlight of the home. We spent most of our family bonding time in the backyard. There's a huge chess game and connect 4 to play with, a swimming pool with a hot tub, a half basketball court, a little putting green, and sauna. The backyard also has a bunch of lounging areas. You can lounge on the pool chairs under the umbrella, in the cabana. There is also a dining table under a canopy that has a ceiling fan and light to have lunch and/or dinner by the pool. The different games inside the home were such a pleasure as well. We had many competitions with one another on each of the games. The house was always so loud because we were having too much fun. The gym had 4 machines available to use which was great! The gym has a matted floor which is a plus because there's a bit extra space in there to do other workouts that doesn't require the use of a machine. Also, the gym has an AC which was amazing because it gets pretty hot in there. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great, they had everything we needed. The beds are all super comfortable, as well as the bedding. There's a Roku TV in each room as well as the living room and the gym. The couch in the living room is great, it's very big and comfortably fit everyone to watch a movie together. The kitchen is very spacious. It has a huge dining table that sits many people. There are many pots and pans that are available to use, as well as plates and utensils. Everything is labeled in the kitchen so it was easy to find things. There's also an extra fridge in the garage if you need more room to store food. Zohar was an outstanding communicator. He responded right away whenever I had questions or concerns. Zohar never hesitated to give us a call whenever we needed help on how to operate things around the house. Zohar is highly recommended to everyone, his home feels like home away from home. His hospitality is undeniably great and I will sure be back in the near future.
