About this house rental
Charming atypical family cottage, classified as furnished tourist accommodation 3***, at an altitude of 700m, in the extension of a completely renovated Auvergne house, inhabited by the owners. It is located at the end of a path, in the heart of the Truyère gorges with breathtaking views of Lake Sarrans, at the gateway to the volcanoes of Auvergne. 🏝⛰
An absolutely unique place to recharge your batteries in the middle of nature, perfect for resting, swimming, fishing... 🎣🚣♀️
Many hiking departures in the area.
Wide variety of activities possible in the surrounding area: tree climbing, canyoning, via ferrata, canoeing, hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, golf... medieval villages, castles, lakes and valleys, mountain viewpoint...
In winter: proximity to the ski slopes "Prat de Bouc resort"25km, area joining the Lioran resort. Snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, biathlon, dog sledding, ski touring... ⛷
Gîte comprising an independent entrance leading to an equipped kitchen (gas stove, electric oven, fridge, Tassimo coffee maker, cookeo...) 1 children's bedroom with 3 beds 90x190, possibility of adding an extra baby bed (with childcare items available on request), a library area, a separate toilet, a bathroom with double sinks, shower and bath, a bedroom with double bed and TV lounge area, a terrace with garden furniture overlooking the lake.
Laundry room (in the garage) with washing machine.
Bed linen and tourist tax are included in the price!
Free WIFI access
Access to the garden with garden table and chairs, barbecue, hammock.
Swimming pool access (heated from May to September depending on the weather).
Optional packages (to be paid on site):
➡️Spa access (Beachcomber) 5 places: 80 euros/stay, unlimited access, not under 18 years old
➡️Cleaning fee: 60 euros
Access to the mini-farm: visit on request accompanied by the owner: horses, donkeys, goats, llamas, rabbits, chickens...
Presence of dogs and cats on the ground and... cows also in the meadows around.
🐕 Pets allowed under conditions: supplement 20 euros / stay, dog on a leash, sociable and clean.

Très beau site, avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes et la presqu'île de Laussac.
Une région très accueillant, avec de superbes paysages et de très belles balades et randonnées a faire, ainsi que tout un patrimoine a visiter château, village...
En se qui concerne le gîte, rien a redire c'est juste magnifique. Et de plus avec des gérants très sympathique, nous renouvellerons cette expérience !!

Wunderschöne ruhige FeWo in absoluter Idylle! Pkw notwendig. Gassirunde mit Hund nicht optimal.
