Property was clean. It is not as close to amusement parks as we thought. The beds were comfortable but made a ton of noise from any movement.

Would definitely go back. Rooms were clean and enjoyed the private pool. Easy check-in and out.

Pros - The house was large, clean and very comfortable. The management company were great to deal with, very responsive and check-in and check-out were seamless. The location was about 30 minutes from Disney parks and about an hour from universal in morning traffic. The communal pool and the restaurant and bar were nice.
Cons - The pool at the house was not clean the floor and walls were quite green but the surrounding patio and pool area were well maintained. The communal pool is across the road in a completely seperate part of the development which you have to drive to, although it was nice it got a bit rowdy there at times with loud music and people drinking so we didn't spend too much time there with our small kids. The neighbourhood seems a little unsettled too, we witnessed two seperate brawls on the street behind our house.
