If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.

The place was very clean. The pictures on-line were accurate. I would suggest having more towel bars or hooks to hang your towel while in the shower. I would also suggest shower handles for older guests to be able to grab as they enter and exit the shower.

Our family came here for work and fun! Our stay was excellent. The townhouse is as described online. No surprises. It was very clean, has ample of parking right in front of the building, a community pool ( although we did not use it) and a playground for the kids. The location is very convenient about 10 min to the Marriott convention center and 15 min to the parks! Would recommend!

Great location and met all needs including my developmentally disabled son who uses a wheelchair. The pool on the property was absolutely perfect for him. The only reason this isn’t 5 stars across the board is on the last day my wife was in the clubhouse about to buy 4 popsicles and schedule a haircut for my son in the on site barber shop but first was filling up a water bottle in the one site gym when an employee, I believe a manager, approached her from behind and told her she couldn’t fill the water bottles there and that she had to use the water fountain outside. We had used the gym and all the services there almost daily. My wife was startled and didn’t end up buying anything or scheduling the haircut. I went in and spoke to the man and questioned it and he tried to tell me that people that use the gym need that water there. I explained to him that we had been doing it all week and did use the gym, and that it was upsetting to my wife to be approached from behind in a confined space to worry about .30 cents of water. Otherwise all the staff there was pleasant and friendly. We would stay again.

We really enjoyed our vacation during our kids’ spring break. The location and neighborhood were great and the distance to Disney and Universal is less than 20 mins. We experienced no issues and found the home to be clean and well kept. I would rate this as a 5 out of 5.
