La proximité avec la plage. Distance raisonnable avec le centre de l'activité et les restaurants de Livadi : la distance se parcourt à pied. C'est une balade agréable. Possibilité de se garer derrière le bâtiment. Les chaises longues sont gratuites si on consomme au restaurant sur la plage
La poussière car la route qui sépare l'hôtel de la plage n'est pas goudronnée à cet endroit. Le vent du mois d'août soulève la poussière.

Lovely relaxed vibe with wonderful staff. Quiet and tranquil and seconds from the beach. Absolutely loved it.
