Big rooms. Breakfast!
The entrance was strange. The taxi left us behind snd we had a bad impression .

It’s close from the airport as well as Ibirapuera park. It’s silent enough during the night.
There was a loud renovation going in the room next door.

The location is great and the rooftop looks good
The staff was very noisy on sunday early morning slapping doors and talking loud.
I mentionned it to the reception when checking out. it seemed that they could not care less and just said : “ok, thanks”. I was not expecting a compensation but at least a sort of acknowledgement or apology.
The breakfast was good but at 9.50 am, there were no plates left and the staff did not seem to care a lot when I asked for it. The coffee machine was not working and a lot of food options were not available anymore.
Overall, the stay could have been great but it felt that it was very pricey for the quality of it. Que pena.
And last thing : a bottle of water free of charge could help.
