Sunny Corner Apartment in Center of London

The best part of this flat is the location. It's right in Holborn, with easy access to many buses and the tube. Also, there are lots of businesses nearby, two pubs almost underneath the flat. We made good use of the washing machine while there. The bed was comfy, the sofa bed easy to fold out and spacious. We did some cooking where there and found oven, stove, microwave and kettle useful. We were able to see the partial solar eclipse from our 3rd floor window. Also, there are windows on 2 sides, so we got some air flowing through that cooled the flat during this hot summer. The host was responsive to questions we had.

The stairs up to the third floor are narrow and twisting. It was quite a struggle getting our luggage up there. The only thing missing in the kitchen was a toaster. Not strictly needed, but I missed it a bit. The bathroom is fine, but water pressure is quite low. The drying rack was broken. The host offered to replace it right away, but we made do without. It was so hot this summer, drying was not really a problem.

En general todo muy bien. Sí que se veía algo de desgaste en las cosas y algún mueble puesto ahí de pegote. El tema del desgaste de algunos marcos y eso lo puedo entender por qué intentan mantener la estructura antigua del edificio.

El agua salía siempre súper caliente. El tendedero de la ropa estaba roto por lo que me tocó tender por donde pude. Lo que sí me parece imprescindible que el propietario tendría que reparar es la madera que falta en la barandilla del tercer piso. ESO NO PUEDE ESTAR SIN LA MADERA, si un niño pequeño le da por arrimarse ahí se puede caer al vacío y matarse. Muchas escaleras

Excellente localisation, en plein centre de Londres. Idéal pour visiter tous les recoins de la ville.

Un peu bruyant avec le passage fréquent des ambulances de l’hôpital à proximité.

La localisation de l’appartement, sa configuration, la chambre séparée, la cuisine équipée, la literie, le wifi.

Le bruit de la rue très passante la nuit dans la chambre principalement dû à une fenêtre qui ne fermait plus et l’absence d’isolation phonique sur les autres fenêtres.
