Luxury Penthouse "Les Pieds dans l'Eau" with a view of "Golfe de Saint-Tropez"!
Saint-Tropez 10 minutes away by boat "Les Bateaux Verts" at 100 m, cycle route to Saint-Tropez or by car (parking space under the apartment and outside parking places).
Terrace with fantastic views of the bay of Saint-Tropez, Saint-Tropez, the marina and the mountains.
Luxuriously interior! Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Air conditioning in all areas.
The recently completely renovated high-quality Penthouse consists of:
- An upper floor with large terrace overlooking the marina, the bay of Saint-Tropez and Saint-Tropez itself, an open kitchen, a dining area, a living room. The seat in the living room is a sofa bed with a full mattress for 2 people. Via a staircase, you reach the mezzanine where you will find a double bed, a sink and a bath. 2 extra persons can sleep here. The mezzanine is like a cosy boot interior. Everything close together. See pictures. The hight of the mezzanine is limited.
- In the basement under the apartment there is a large parking space. Outside there is a closed large parking lot, in front of the apartment.
- Bathroom mezzanine and bathrooms on the ground floor (studio) have their own hot water boiler.
- Wifi in all areas
- Washing machine dryer.
Accessibility:
- At 200 m you can take “Les bateaux verts” to Saint-Tropez, Port Grimaud and Les Issambres. Price back and forth € 12.90.
- By car you are 10 minutes in Saint-Tropez. In the busy periods, you only have to do part of the usual traffic jam.
- There is a cycle path from the apartment to Saint-Tropez.

The apartment was luxurious, it had more than you need. Great kitchen, 2 a/c units, amazing sea views. The bed was very comfortable, also great wifi. Just the bathroom was kind of tight if you are a tall person like me (190cm), but well equipped. The parking spot in the private parking garage was spacious and safe. Right around the complex/harbour there are various types of restaurants and a convenience store. There is a boat rental place. A nice sandy beach is just a few minutes walk away, not too crowded and with showers, toilets and restaurants. St.Tropez is a short shuttle boat ride away from the harbour, avoiding driving and parking there, and its fun. I had a memorable time there. The owner was always available for advise or anything. I recommend!

Overall, we had a nice stay at the penthouse. The location is about 15-30 minutes away from St. Tropez, in a very small town near a marina. It is lovely though a little hard to find. The check-in process is easy. The apartment itself is very clean with a beautiful porch. We spent much of the time outside.
However, the upstairs of the penthouse is very small. And at times uncomfortable. The upstairs living space has a bed, bathtub, shower and toilet. At 6ft tall I could barely sit on the toilet or use the shower. I had to duck my head when shuffling upstairs. I decided to sleep downstairs on the couch because if I were to get up at night I would hit my head on the wood beams.
