Villa vue mer donnant sur le Golfe de St Tropez, 2 chambres, 6 pers, piscine commune

It is a lovely house in a silent, gated, family oriented development with a nearly private swimming pool, 15-20 mins driving distance to centre of St Tropez and Pampellone beaches. 2 bedrooms with decent aircon and lounge with open plan kitchen overlooking a lovely little garden. Partial sea views from different rooms.

While there is everything you would need, quay could be improved. There are chips on most plates and glasses. Linen is poor quality, can feel the plastic of bed protectors underneath. Towels are also very poor quality. The washing machine leaked but no solution provided during our stay. Would be great if these can be improved.

Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für 4-6 Personen und ist in einer geschlossenen Anlage. Es gibt einen großen Gemeinschaftspool ganz nahe am Haus den wir oft für uns alleine hatten. Ein Parkplatz steht auch direkt am Haus zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt ein schönes Bad und eine Gästetoilette. Vom Balkon aus kann man auf den Golf schauen. Es gibt eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Bis nach St Tropez fährt man 10min mit dem Auto. Alle Strände sind mit dem Rad oder Auto schnell zu erreichen.

Appartement très agréable et fonctionnel, situé dans une résidence au calme. Parking en face de la porte d'entrée.

Loved the location and the private gated development and whole space, beautiful views and very clean property with everything you need. 10 mins to St Tropez and 15 mins to the beautiful beaches (traffic allowing) - area delightful;. Pool good and quiet and respectful other tenants using it but mainly just us!

There was a heatwave and this property does not have air conditioning. I kind of expected it to be a prerequisite and I noticed most other properties in the development had ac units outside on balconies etc... 3 fans provided but at 35 degrees + outside for the entire week never cooling outside in the night to less than 26/27 degrees - the place was unbearably hot, We got a thermometer and we were trying to sleep in 40+ degrees as the house just heated up to a furnace! Even the stone floors were like a hot stone massage! I raised it quickly with host to say please get a portable AC unit selling in supermarket for 250 euros but nothing every materialised a fan simply blew to air around. Unfortunately it ruined out holiday never being able to cool down unless in a cold shower. Had we had a young baby/toddler for health and safety we would have had to have left. Huge shame as everything else so good! Unseasonable or not - it will be warm and with global warming I feel AC is a non-negotiable in this type of property for summer vacation.
