Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. wygodne mieszkanko. Bardzo dobry i szybki kontakt smsowy z właścicielem. Blisko wszędzie, na dole restauracja. Świetne mieszkanie na weekendowe pobyty w Kielcach, Na zewnątrz było prawie 40 stopni ,a mieszkanie dawało radę ,nie było zbyt gorąco. Niektórym osobom spodobają się stare drewniane schody , jako ciekawostka na klatce schodowej. Nie ma windy ,bagaże niesiemy. 3 miejsca do spania, dwa pojedyncze łóżka i rozkładana dwuosobowa kanapa. Porządna, czysta lodówka Łazienka przestronna, Jest miły komforcik, Są patyczki higieniczne i waciki nawet do demakijażu i płyn do rąk i do mycia dla gości. Wszyscy zadowoleni z pobytu. Następnym razem ponownie zarezerwujemy.
Klamka w drzwiach od łazienki wymaga naprawy i zasłonę niestety poprzedni goście poplamili. Trzeba będzie tym się zająć. To są drobne sprawy, normalne niestety przy krótkoterminowym wynajmie. Usterki do poprawy. Nie wpłynęły one na sam komfort pobytu.

Według mnie telewizor powinien być w salonie a nie w sypialni i zamiast dwóch pojedynczych łóżek jedno duże podwojne
