Rooms are spacious and beds were comfortable. This property is good for 1-2 nights short stay.
The approach road is really bad. There is no pukka road . It is behind the other hotels , so bit difficult to locate especially for cabs.. Not mush options in meals.

The continental breakfast was a mix of south Indian and western items - a nice range to choose from. I was surprised to see a Bengaluru restaurant not serving filter coffee and had a word with the Chef. From the next day, we were having filter coffee and shows their readiness to take customer choice into their preparations.
Honestly, I have no complaints. Only suggestion would be that the guys working at the restaurant must refrain from reminding the guests about the cost of a buffet dinner. Not all but a few guys tell you that the dinner is not complimentary and quote the price which is embarassing. We know that we must pay and do sign the bills with our room details for final billing. This is probably because majority of the guys working at the Cinnamon restaurant at the hotel are new and may need some professional training.
