The neighbours were very very gentle, even sharing some soccer goals with us to play in the common ground.
The house itself also had a couple of "outdoor" games available: A good surprise to keep the kids busy ;)
Could not enjoy the swimming pool early May despite great weather ~22°C. It was made available just before we left mid-May, but to be honest, the water was anyway still too cold. We were just unrealistic when hoping to enjoy it so early in the year. Just sharing this for other people to not be disappointed :)
