About this apartment rental
A cozy studio recently renovated but still retains the charm of rustic houses of the past, with all the latest standards and attentive to every need or request. This is Casa Billi.
Located in the heart of Tuscany one step away from all the beauty that this wonderful country has to offer, our property is suitable for all types of customers, at any time of year.
The property consists of a newly renovated studio and is at the same level of the road that passes right in front. A large window, as well as providing input, provides full lighting during the day.
The services are varied: air conditioning, 32-inch flat-screen TV with free subscription to Netflix, central heating, kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. The large ceiling, strictly in the old style with wooden beams and red brick, creates a habitable zone by the incredible charm.
Casa Billi is located in the rural village of Bridge to Stolli, a cozy place steeped in history and culture. The town was built in medieval times and over the years has undergone constant restructuring that has led to modern standards of operation while keeping the charm of classical buildings built in stone.
The village is situated in the center of Tuscany, from here you can easily reach several points of interest. It takes 5 minutes to get to Figline Valdarno, here you will find a large supermarket to shop in large quantities as well as many other services. To reach the highway instead it takes 10 minutes, from here you can reach Florence in 15 minutes while it takes 25 to get to Arezzo. Other sights worth mentioning are Greve in Chianti (15 minutes), Siena (40 minutes), San Gimignano (45 minutes), Castellina in Chianti (30 minutes), Panzano in Chianti (25 minutes). Less than a kilometer can be found instead attractions of great interest such as the Camping Girasole equipped with tennis courts, swimming pools and many other facilities and the Old Texas Riding center with bars and live music. There are also various activities in the area catering to every price range.
A Bridge to Stolli can find a shop stocked with all groceries and more precisely next to accommodation, and a restaurant with rich menu and affordable open during the weekend.
The parking within the country are diverse and they are all free, the main one is less than a minute from the apartment.
The owners live in the same village where the facility is. This allows them to provide assistance to the occupants of the house and to respond promptly to any request.

This was the perfect place for our family when we visited Tuscany. It was an easy drive to local wineries in the area, and also to larger places like Siena and Monteriggioni. The flat is located in Ponte Agli Stolli almost in the center of town. Parking is available in several places with the closest being a shared lot less than 30 seconds walk. There is a pizza restaurant and a place to get snacks and espresso also steps away from the flat. The owner, Enzo, was attentive and made sure to take care of our every need. He put a bottle of wine and some cold cuts for us, and had coffee, and packaged toast and croissants for breakfast. The flat is equipped with all the things you need to make it your home base for exploring the beautiful Tuscan Region. If you are looking for a quiet flat in a quaint town for a very reasonable price, look no further! We will try and stay here again on our next visit!

My wife daughter and I had an enjoyable three night stay here. We Flew into Florence late into the evening in a full on storm. Mario Kept in touch with us throughout the day and then met us at the property to make sure we got in and settled. The place itself is good for two or three or maybe up to four people. It is literally about two doors down the street from the Bottega! So if you need to quickly get some milk Or something it is literally under a minute away. The town and area are very lovely too. Would definitely recommend.

Once we got to the apartment we were greeted by the owner. They explained to us how everything worked. This is the perfect location in Tuscany.
