La casa ampia, molto grande, cucina bellissima, molto silenziosa. Vicinissima alla piazza del paese e al Castello.

Il fatto che in una delle 2 camere sia buia e senza aria condizionata ti fa un po' soffrire, ma il fresco arriva dall'altra camera , attaccata, dove l'aria condizionata c'è.

Host met us at the apartment. Very nice and accomodating. There was a basket of goodies and drinks for us as well.

Sicily is a magical place and this unit, especially the hosts bring it to life. The apartment is in Carini was brilliant -- in a wonderful location, with beautiful interior and exceptional hosts. The hosts, Roberto and Floriana are some of the kindest, warm people you can meet. Their hospitality and kindness are unparalleled. These are special people who love life. They brought over homemade dessert, invited me to have lunch with them, and offer amazing services to explore and make Sicily come alive. From airport, city and beach transfers to sites and eating tours around the island. Roberto and I went on a day trip to Segesta to see the greek temple and theater, explored Erice (which has been one of the most breathtaking sights I've ever visited), and had a large tasting menu in rural Trapani (with over 20 dishes from traditional to modern which were all exceptional). It was a perfect day. If you're visiting Palermo and have a chance to book with Roberto and Floriana, enjoy the unit and spend time with them as your trip will only be enhanced. Thank you to the wonderful host for the property and their warmth and kindness, I had an incredible time.
