Fantastic location, very peaceful with amazing Mountain View’s, excellent place for time out and to relax.

Some of the outdoor furniture needs attention by replacing the pillows on the rattan furniture and the reclining stools are not usable.The bbq needs to be replaced. Local stores are a good long walk away recommend to have a car or be prepared to pay hefty taxi fares.

We were really looking forward to this accommodation, but overall were disappointed. The house is located in a quiet area about 20 minutes drive from Palermo, in nature, surrounded by hills, with a beautiful view of the countryside. A big advantage is the private access and a secured parking space inside the fence. It offers a large living room with a dining room and a kitchen, and on the ground floor there are two bedrooms, the larger of which has a double bed, and a much smaller children's room with two single beds. On the ground floor there is also a relatively small bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, in the attic, there is another room with two single beds and a toilet with a sink (no shower). It is surrounded by a nice large terrace.

- when I request 2 bathrooms, as a mandatory option when searching for accommodation, then I really expect to get 2 bathrooms in full capacity: toilet + shower or bathtub. We got 1 bathroom (ground floor) and 1 toilet with sink (upstairs). Considering that the guests were 2 middle-aged couples, that didn't suit us at all - the only bathroom is very impractical and quite small. The walk-in shower is a narrow space with a curtain/blind, which of course gets completely wet when showering (we couldn't lift it because the mechanism was broken), and the rest of the bathroom is almost flooded because the glass wall is very short - there is no place to put things in the bathroom, there is only an impractical hanging cabinet and only a few hooks for hanging clothes and towel - the kitchen is large but some things are missing, such as a cutting board and coasters, and some glasses were cracked - the children's room is really small, and one of the beds looks like an extra bed and is quite short (my husband definitely wouldn't fit in it), so we were forced to keep our things under the bed in suitcases, and our large suitcase was always in the living room, which is extremely impractical (we stayed 6 days) - the mattresses are uncomfortable and the pillows are sticky and even more uncomfortable - on the outdoor terrace there is a large table covered with a plastic tablecloth full of holes, which has seen better days, and the plastic chairs for sitting look like they will break at any moment - in the photos of the terrace there is a beautiful knitted set, but in reality it is completely unusable because the pillows are damp, dirty and mouldy, so we could not use it at all Overall, this accommodation has great potential, but it needs a lot of TLC and the overall impression, which could have been great, was ruined by the bad things.
