I am throughly impressed with this hotel.
Room is modern, well-designed and feels very new, and really caters to the comfort and needs of the guests.
Hotel services are top-notch and you can sense the pride every employee feels working here, from the front desk staff to the bellboys, the shuttle van drivers and the service staff at the restaurants.
Special mention to Fairy from front desk who was so efficient and helpful in checking me in and Sally Xie from the executive lounge who provides impeccable service and makes excellent food and drinks selections, and even prepares a wonderful cocktail.
The lounge itself is in a class of its own, be it in decor, food selection or service quality.
And the shuttle service to the Huafa Snow World is such a gem, not just because it makes getting to and from the ski resort so easy, but also because of the service attitude, punctuality and professionalism of the drivers.
