The location is very convenient, it is a short walk to 2 stations, and you can even walk to other areas like Roppongi. There are few convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is very comfortable, it has all the facilities we need for a stay on our holiday. Host is very communicative too.
The space is quite compact, however it is still enough for 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids)

The staff was helpful and helped me to receive a package that I ordered online. Appreciated.
After checking out, we wanted to leave the luggages in the place and come back to get them in the afternoon and the staff told us that service was not available due to the staff room was not available. That was very disappointing because we stayed 8 nights and paid quite a lot for the place.
