Location was great, right near the station which was very ideal to get around. Lift was good and apartment was spacious. WiFi was fantastic. AC was comfortable in the lounge
Upon arrival we found the floors very dirty, walls very dirty, bed broken in the main room and very uncomfortable. Tv has no extension plug to use. Bathroom has constant smell of urine and shower was sometimes hot other times cold. No AC in the bedrooms which were unbearably hot.

Location is very good
Some items were broken, overall renovation is needed. Pillows were dirty , but they changed it within 12 hours.
