Firstly, our host :) very helpful, very responsive and patient with the questions.
Secondly, the location in the town centre - we usually walked around the town, and everything was in close vicinity.
The room was equipped with everything we needed, and the bathroom was really spacious.

This hostel is the cleanest and most confortable I have ever been to. With only 6 people in the female dorm you have plenty of space and it does not feel too crowded. Everything is extremely clean, including the shared areas. Rui was very helpful throughout my stay. The location is very convenient, you can do everything by foot in ponta delgada.
The only downside is there were cockroaches in the courtyard but it’s like this in the whole city.
