Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This four-bedroom, three-bath property is an end unit with plenty of room for large groups. This unit sleeps a maximum of 10 people, with 2 king beds, a queen a two set of twin bunk beds. Perfect for family fun. This townhome is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Short walk to the year round amenities Mammoth Estates has to offer such as the Game Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna. Take a plunge in the beautiful pool in hot summer months or just soak in the sun surrounded by beautiful landscape. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Highly recommend staying at this VRBO. Great location, open layout and plenty of space. We absolutely loved our weekend here! Hosts were extremely accommodating and quick to reply. Thanks again!

I was called the day of arrival to let me know that the condo was ready, however they said the cook top did not work but they had a double burner on top to use. The kitchen is in the middle of a remodel so it was difficult to cook for my entire family in a timely fashion. The floors felt like there was sand on them, so not so clean! A few of the dining chairs were not sturdy.(two of them had a pillow taped underneath otherwise you could fall through them.One of the couches on the left side had no support.(the little kids sat on that side, too uncomfortable for an adult) Had I have known about the kitchen situation ahead of time then I would have rented a different unit. We rented 213(with the problems) and unit 122. 122 had no issues. Love staying in the village. Walking distance to all the fun.
