Our Condo in Stoneybrook was great. It was VERY clean upon our arrival. The condo itself was a bit dated but served our vacation perfectly. Great pool, friendly neighbors. Toilets needed repairs due to noise when flushing. Plenty of Beach Towels and a convenient beach buggy. Our favorite beach is Nokomis and it was only about a 12 min. Drive. Publix and CVS only 1/4 mile down the street.

Check in and communication was excellent. Spent most of our time in the lanai. Enjoyed the community. Kitchen and bathrooms are dated.
