Nicely designed room, very spacious (it can fit a couple and three kids), the kitchen is well-equipped. Location is close to the railway station (tram station). The host was very helpful and responsive in solving an issue. Cleanees is good. There is a 20m where you can buy breakfast for a fairly good price.
It would be better to send the instructions for picking up the key earlier, so you can read them at home and be familiar with them by the time you arrive at the property. Also, there is no sign on the building that this is the right entrance. The number is visible, but no name. (as long as you know not to look for the name, it is OK)
We did not like that in the description; it is not mentioned that you are on the fourth floor with no elevator. It was an unpleasant surprise.

Posizione centrale e vicina a stazioni e fermate bus/tram
L’appartamento è affacciato all’interno del cortile ed è più piccolo di quello che sembra dalle foto. Inoltre è situato al terzo piano senza ascensore e non ne eravamo stati avvisati. Non erano stati accesi i riscaldamenti in anticipo quindi per il primo giorno abbiamo sentito un po’ di freddo
