In Caimari, a small village in the charming island Mallorca, the cozy holiday home Can Roseta is the perfect accommodation to enjoy a relaxed holiday surrounded by nature. It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds; 3 with one double bed each) as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a television, a baby cot and a highchair. Guests can relax and enjoy the sun in the beautiful garden, take a refreshing dip in the pool on warm summer days or prepare a nice meal in the barbecue that they can later enjoy in one of the terraces. You will find a small selection of restaurants, shops, bars and cafes within walking distance (100-300m). As the house is next to the countryside and the mountains there are also many hiking and biking trails near the property. The closest airport is in Palma de Mallorca, the capital of the island, and can be reached after 39 minutes driving (43.6km).

The property is set in the heart of the beautiful village of caimari. We couldnt have asked for more for the accommodation and facilities. The fact that the village welcomed us in and invited us to be part of the celebrations was an added bonus

Wir sind mit Freunden und 4 Kindern verreist und fanden das Objekt super!
Das Haus ist einfach toll! Großzügig von den Räumlichkeiten her, diverse Sitzecken zum klönen, ein mega Pool.... nicht nur für die Kinder ein Highlight.
Alles war blitzsauber und bei später Ankunft konnten wir selbst einchecken via Schlüssel Safe.
Der Ort ist ruhig und man benötigt definitiv ein Auto, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Aber ein kleines Lädchen und Restaurants gibt es fußläufig im Ort. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig, das Richtige zum Entspannen.
Wir können das Haus in jedem Fall weiter empfehlen.
