Welcome to Alphea1570, a lovingly preserved historic finca dating back to 1570 in the charming village of Lloseta, at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains. Surrounded by nature, yet close to cafés, markets, and restaurants, this spacious villa offers the perfect setting for relaxing vacations, group stays, retreats, or sports teams.
The air-conditioned villa features 9 bright double bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, a large living room with a cozy fireplace, and a fully equipped communal kitchen with free drinking water. Several terraces invite you to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the view over the village.
Outdoors, you’ll find expansive natural areas, a large pool (which can be fenced off upon request), and play areas for children. A small fitness room is also available. Guests are welcome to pick seasonal fruit from the orchard themselves—a special experience for guests of all ages.
Palma is about a 25-minute drive or train ride away, and many of Mallorca’s most beautiful beaches are just 20–30 minutes away. The property also offers free private parking, Wi-Fi, and, upon request, an airport shuttle from Palma de Mallorca Airport.
