Small renovated cottage located in a quiet area, 150 m from the Nantes-Brest Canal, 3 km from the Gâvre Forest, 30 km from Redon and 40 km from Nantes, and adjoining the owners' house (guest rooms on site, including 1 above the cottage). Fully independent entrance.
Enclosed garden with trees and flowers of 145 m² with south-west terrace. 2 adult bicycles available (on request as shared with guest rooms).
Single storey: living room with sofa bed (140x190) and open fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190) and shower room/wc.
Equipment included: Wifi, DVD player and freezer section.
Included: sheets and towels/household linen.
Not included: electric heating, electricity, possibility of washing machine or dryer round (€6), end of stay cleaning (€50) and tourist tax (€0.88/d/p).
Only 1 pet accepted (supplement €7/night - deposit €100).
