L'emplacement; La disposition des pieces; l'équipement fournis; les videos des explications pour l'arrivée; la disponibilité et suivi des concierges;
Le fait que la cheminée n'était pas en état de fonctionnement, mais ceci n'avait pas été communiqué; Le garage est fait pour des petites voitures et l'accès n'est pas facile pour un 4x4 de grande taille.

Lovely location on the hill overlooking the village and valley. Lots of windows in space and deci all very quirky.
Would be very happy to stay again.
Not a biggy. but no metal cutlery for some reason just higher quality plastic (?) Also the espresso machine requires pots they do not ell in Zuoz...but we survived ;-)

The location was perfect and the apartment was well equipped
Cleanliness was an issue, apartment was not clean throughout (dead flies lying around) and car parking was too tight
