    This place is absolutely worth every penny you pay. We stayed here for four nights, and it was a very comfortable experience. The room was very spacious, especially considering the reasonable price. It is more of a homestay than a hotel, offering a comfortable and relaxed stay. A special mention to Ms. Rosy, who manages the property. She was very helpful, briefing us about places to visit nearby and sharing useful links and contacts for scooter rentals. Since the local food did not suit us, we requested an induction stove. Although it was not initially provided in our room, she generously arranged one and even asked if we needed additional utensils, which she provided as well ( ofc, these are subject to availability). This was a very thoughtful gesture that made our stay much more comfortable. The property is clean and well-maintained, and located very close to the main road, it's convenient to access both Calangute and Candolim beaches. We stayed for four nights without any issues. Overall, a spacious, comfortable, and budget-friendly stay with genuinely helpful hospitality. Highly recommended!
