Welcome to our bright and spacious 2-bedroom apartment in the new L'Orée des Pistes development at the Oz-en-Oisans resort. Located next to the blue “Des Chevreuils” trail, the apartment is truly right on the slopes.
We are pleased to announce that the apartment has been awarded a 4* rating by Clévacances.
With its elevated location on the 9th floor, the Le Roubier apartment offers breathtaking views of the mountains from every room. Tastefully furnished and fully equipped, it’s ready for a perfect stay. The large, sunny balcony is perfect for dining and relaxing. The kitchen and living room are spacious and bright, facing south, and offer all the comforts and amenities of modern living. Two bedrooms that can accommodate four people make the apartment perfect for families or friends. We welcome one dog during the summer months with prior approval.
For those with bicycles, a secure private storage room is available; for skiers, a private ski locker with a boot warmer is provided. The building features a sauna, a gym, and a game room for the exclusive use of owners and guests.
Luggage lockers are also provided for changing luggage throughout the day. We have arranged for one underground parking space in the Alpette covered parking garage (height limit of 1.9 m), with direct elevator access to the entrance of L’Oree des Pistes.
The resort of Oz (1,350 m) is a charming alpine village, part of the larger Alpe d’Huez ski area. The ski lifts are open during both the summer and winter seasons, making it a true two-season resort. The winter season runs from December through April, and the peak summer season is in July and August. During these periods, the ski lifts are open for winter sports, hiking, and cycling.
The village has several shops, including a small supermarket, a lovely pastry shop, several restaurants, and takeout options. There is no traffic, which adds to its charm and tranquility. During the winter season, many well-known ski rental companies have outlets in the Oz resort offering winter sports equipment rentals. For those who need lessons, the ESF ski school is located in the village and meets outside the building. In the summer, mountain bikes are available for rent.

Awesome ski in ski out apartment located in a modern clean easy to access block. The accommodation is perfect for 2 or 4 guests. We were 2 adults, 2 children and loved staying here. Owners and property manager are excellent and easy to communicate with as well as really helpful. We will recommend to friends and absolutely stay here again!

We stayed in this wonderful appartment during one week in January. The location is really convenient because very close to the ski slopes. The building is quite new with great facilities. The appartment is very well furnished and confortable. The check in and check out was easy thanks to Agnès. We definitely recommend this place!
