*NEW* Bellevue D’Oz Ski In Ski Out Luxury Apartment (8-10 Guests)

This is a spacious ski apartment in a new block with plenty of room for 8. There is a king size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a cosy twin bedroom, a decent size double bedroom and a bunk bedroom (no windows). All have ample storage space for clothes. In addition to the en suite there is a further large bathroom with shower over the bath and a further room with a toilet and basin (so three toilets and two bathrooms). The open plan living area is comfortable with two sofas and three pouffes, TV. The dining table is plenty big enough and the kitchen is well equipped with bosch appliances. There is a decent size larder fridge with a small freezer compartment. The supply of crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment is great. There is even a chiller cabinet for wine. The apartment is owned by a British family and managed by the local management company. Their representative, Agnes, was in touch with us several days before our holiday to arrange contact with her when we arrived for parking and collection of apartment keys. An additional plus is that there is a sauna for the apartment block and also a gym - although having spent hours on the ski slopes we didn't want to use the gym. The ski lock for the apartment is on the same level and has direct access to the slopes.

The fantastic location of the apartment with direct access to the slopes means that it is above the village and if the snow is slippery it can make for an interesting walk to the shops. The less than exceptional mark for cleanliness is because the cleaners had not dusted all the areas they could have.

Fantastic apartment in a great location. The apartment was spotless on arrival, and Agnes who greeted us on arrival and when leaving was charming and helpful. It was all made very easy. Superb access to the slopes and just a short walk from all the town's facilities - 2 minutes away. Cant wait to return.

It would have been nice to have a BBQ on the deck but I can understand if these are not allowed.

Fantastic location and sublime outdoor space! The interior was smartly done, luxurious and very spacious. It seemed a lot bigger than it was. We had a perfect time with 5 adults and 4 children.

The only thing we felt was missing was a bigger cooking pot as we cooked ourselves every night. But that is just nitpicking.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit appartement. We waren met 7 waarvan 3 kinderen en hadden ruimte genoeg. Het ligt direct aan de piste op de 6e etage met een parkeergarage. Let op de hoogte: ong 1.95m wij hadden een bus met dakkoffer, we moesten de koffer eraf halen om naar binnen te kunnen. Maar dankzij de liften konden we snel onze spullen naar binnen brengen. De bedden waren wat stevig we miste hierin wat comfort wat de rest van het huis wel heeft zoals dekentjes, kussens e.d. maar thuis hebben we een duur bed dus dat verschil is snel te merken. Misschien kunnen de eigenaren investeren in toppers? Deze tijk is vaak makkelijk te wassen en goedkoper te vervangen als het nodig is. De ski berging is op dezelfde etage als het appartement dit is echt top! De alpette en de poutran lift zijn makkelijk te bereiken. Alpette ligt bij het appartement en de poutran kan bereikt worden met ski’s maar alleen als er voldoende sneeuw ligt. Lopend is ook prima te doen. Terug kan met beide liften. (De skiliften zijn in oz flink verouderd maar brengen je waar je wezen moet) We hebben niets gemist in de keuken, er stonden zelfs nog kruiden en extra’s in de kastjes en een heerlijke welkoms mand met home made jam en andere lekkere dingen klaar voor ons. Voor de volgende gasten: was de koekenpannen met de hand af! Agnes de host moest nieuwe pannen kopen omdat mensen de koekenpannen in de vaatwasser stoppen en met messen erin krassen.. dit doe je thuis toch ook niet? Wees zuinig op andermans spullen. Hopelijk kunnen we nog een keer terugkomen op deze prachtige plek met een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor het ski gebied van alpe d huez. Bedankt Nick en Abigail dat we in jullie huis mochten logeren en jullie dit mogelijk hebben gemaakt en Agnes bedankt voor je vriendelijke contact en service, jullie boffen maar met zo’n fijne host! ;) Ps namens de kids: ze waren super blij met fifa 2025 en de luxe smart tv en de wifi is ook top!

Als ik iets zou moeten noemen dan misschien alleen de bedden, tip: toppers erop van rond de 100€ per bed erop en ik denk dat de gasten dan na zo’n dag skiën nog meer uitgerust zullen opstaan! Willen mensen stevig halen ze het eraf, willen ze zacht liggen laten ze het erop liggen;)
