Extremely roomy and luxurios chalet, with stunning mountain views, located at the entry of the Pourcery part of Vaujany. Across 3 floors you have 2 big double bedrooms with bathrooms, and one bedroom with a double and 2 singles and a shower room. The living floor has a woodburner (wood included), a nice kitchen with oven, microwave and stove. 2 fondue sets included. This floor has a separate toilet. Big balcony. Large dining room with a table and chairs for 10p. Ground flour has a jacuzi, and a large "barrel" sauna with a view on the valley, it only takes 10 minutes to heat up. In the garden shed you can put away your skiing gear. 100 meters up road to the right there is a quiet walking street which leads to Vaujany entertainment centre 3,5km, (swimming pool, bowling alley, cinema, bar), at around 2kms you follow the small walking path uphill and continue through the dead end street. Vaujany centre is about 3km to the top. Easily drivable by car, walking back is about 50 minutes Parking at the central ski lifts in either the free underground garages (several), with unfortunately very narrow spots. Free outside parking outside the funiculaire pedestrian lift. At the chalet there is a skibus stop on 50m, bus only goes to the skilift early in the morning at 8h30. Vaujany is a village across several levels, connected by a central funiculaire cablecar, pedestrian lifts, stairs and escalators. Shops are spread across the differents parts of town. Small supermarket Sherpa is open in the morning and then again after 16h30. Restaurants (delicious pizzas at Mi Do Ré), delicacy shop Affaire des Gouts, (also for cheese fondue), different bakeries, ski rentals. A bigger Spar supermarket is located in the village below the waterdam Allemond (10 minutes drive max), in this village you can also fill up at an automatic fuel station. Vaujany central lifts (2) take you up to the Alp d'Huez area. The return slope was only open to the mid station of the Alpette.

Amazing, best view and location. got tub was warm for us upon arrival. Very clean, perfect really!

The view was amazing and the property had a lot of space.

The property is more equiped for 8 persons than 10. There are some sleeping couches, but they are not too comforatable. The lamps in the kitchen are hanging too low. Several of our group hit their heads against and as it is made of very thin glas. One of them actually broke. Luckilly my friend only had a minor cut. The owner/host did not symphotised, but only gave a bill of 180 euro for the damage which we found excessive. We also had issues with the alarm for which the owner wanted to charge us as well. Please be warned in case you want to stay here.

- Chalet spacieux, - Panorama exceptionnel sur la vallée, - Espace bien être et détente extérieur très agréable sans vis à vis, - 3 lits king-size.

- Chalet sur 6 niveaux, pas réellement adapté aux enfants en bas âge ou aux personnes âgées, - Une des 4 chambre est en duplex avec une autre comportant une salle d’eau mansardée + WC commun sans intimité (pas de porte, seulement un double rideau) et est accessible uniquement par un escalier de meunier, - Village excentré, aucun commerce de proximité, - Certaines fonctionnalités sont défaillantes : pas de possibilité de fermer la chambre du RDC (poignée cassée), porte fenêtre de la salle à manger défectueuse (mieux vaut ne pas l’ouvrir), - Ménage pas effectué en profondeur (poussière, toiles d’araignées), - Manque des oreillers supplémentaires, pas de peignoirs mis à disposition pour l’espace bien-être et les couettes ne sont pas assez grandes pour des lits king-size.
