Rocco's Retreat is a newly built, upscale beach front home! This home offers amazing views of the gulf from just about every room in the house. It features all new appliances, and tons of living space and sleeps 10. Private pool can be heated for an additional fee.
The first floor has a well appointed gourmet kitchen that is open to the dining area and family room. The screened porch off the family room is great for watching the waves roll in at the end of the day. There is a King bedroom with an ensuite.
The second floor has 1 King and a Queen bedroom with full baths. These rooms have beautiful views of the gulf, with a shared balcony. The bunk room is a queen/queen and also has its own en-suite. There is also a washer and dryer on this floor.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Rocco's Retreat. We didn't want to leave. Perfect location, elevator is a plus for bringing in luggage. Had a great time!

This is a beautiful property and it was our second visit. The home does not allow pets. That makes us happy to stay there due to allergies. However, this time we stayed the home had an odor of wet dog and the property management's solution for the problem was demeaning and unsatisfactory.
