We stayed in this hotel for one night because it was the cheapest available option in Kutchan at that time and it has instantly become a high contender for our best stay during the entire three-week Japan trip:
Positives:
+ staff speaks perfect English (rare in Japan), easy check-in
+ high comfort in the facility and in the room
+ amazing showering and bathing area
Negatives: These points are just very minor inconveniences, almost unworthy of mention. The location is a 20-30 min walk from the train station which is a slight inconvenience. However, there is a bus station close by and prices of Taxi are pretty good. Then, the room is a bit small which is a norm across Japan as it seems (in total we stayed at around 8 accommodations and every single one had this problem).
In conclusion, the stay was really pretty much perfect. The negatives are just details that few other accommodations can overcome. So, in comparison to others, I would still say that this is very solid, easy 10/10 rating.

Very Convenient and clean. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was great!
