This accomodation well and truly exceeded my expectations. I thought the location is perfect, it is a 15 minute drive to the closest resort, Niseko Hirafu, but since the staff are so friendly and offer a free shuttle service to and from Niseko Hirafu it became the perfect location. You have access to everything you need in Kutchan like good restaurants, grocery/convenience stores, and easy access to the snow resorts. The hostel was always clean, never any issues with mess.
The facilities had everything you need for a long stay as well, nice bathrooms, showers, washing room. The kitchen was beyond what I expected to have access to in a hostel.
I met lots of friendly people staying at the hostel. Always people coming and going.

The staff were awesome. Loads of storage and space. Not cramped. Great showers and kitchen. Can’t rave about it enough!
