This 2 bedroom 2 bath 11th floor Gulf front corner unit is an amazing setting for any vacation or winter getaway. The condo features continuous floor to ceiling glass walls and a 100 foot wraparound balcony with incredible unobstructed panoramic views of the beautiful waters of the Gulf, Blind Pass inlet, Boca Ciega Bay, St. Pete Beach, Egmont Key and Ft. DeSoto. The skyline of St. Petersburg on Tampa Bay can be seen to the east.
The gated Mansions by the Sea complex is at the south end of Treasure Island, with no through traffic, fronting the Gulf on one side and Blind Pass inlet on the other. This end of Treasure Island has an abundance of landscaped grounds and natural vegetation, as well as an elevated walkway along the Gulf and Blind Pass inlet. In addition to the Gulf and Blind Pass beaches, the complex’s resort style living amenities include tennis, paddleball, shuffleboard, sauna, pool table, huge sunning deck, heated pool, exercise room overlooking the Gulf, library, foosball, many sitting/meeting areas, poolside kitchen, paddleboard/kayak rack, ping-pong, outdoor grill and pavilion.
This corner property holds one of the best locations in the complex with its highly desirable 11th floor west and south Gulf facing views. It is also just steps away from the beach. Walking into the entryway of this 1510 sq ft renovated beauty you are taken in by the continuous floor to ceiling glass that delivers an awe inspiring, unobstructed open water view that stretches for 20+ miles...it feels as if you are floating on the ocean when you gaze out. The updated kitchen boasts an impressive granite bar area with exquisite finishes including Corian counters, fine stone backsplashes, stainless steel appliances and beautifully trimmed cherry wood cabinetry. Large bedrooms rest on opposite sides of the unit and each offer private balcony access and spacious closets. The master suite also includes a lovely cherry finished make up area. Both bathrooms have been tastefully updated as well with matching cherry wood and Corian counter finishes, and walk-in showers. The unit also comes with an interior laundry room complete with washer/dryer, as well as beach chairs, swim equipment, and tennis rackets. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. Bath towels and bed linens are also provided. The balcony is furnished with a bar height bistro set, rocker chairs and a chase lounge. Each bedroom includes a TV and the living room includes a 75 inch high definition TV with cable/internet provided.
Many restaurants, shops and a Publix are within walking distance, and more than a hundred additional restaurant opportunities are a short drive away, including in St. Petersburg. There are also many museums, parks, gardens, beaches, water activities, golf courses, and other activities to choose from.
Condo rules require a 28 day minimum rental and prohibit pets. No smoking please.

The location and views from the balcony are spectacular. Host has thought of everything. Condo is stocked as though you are staying in someone's home. Spices, dishware, extra paper goods and cleaning supplies, etc. If I could give it 10 stars, I would!!

This property is just as marketed. There wasn't one thing we needed, that wasn't available. The views are fantastic. Just as others have said; we stayed on the balcony 75% of our stay. Very close to many great restaurants. Beth was very attentive with all inquiries. The unit was spotless. Very well maintained. Cannot say enough about our fantastic stay.

The excellent accommodations are true to pictures and description, and upon arrival we were blown away by the views from both inside the condo and from the expansive balcony.
The location at the end of Sunset Beach provided us with our own little quiet getaway but we were also close enough to Gulf Blvd and St Pete Beach that we could bike easily to all of our favourite restaurants, bars and shopping.
The pool over looking the beach was ideal to lounge around in the afternoons and then easy to walk down the boardwalk directly onto the beach.
Sunset beach is stunning with its white sand and sunset views and not overly crowded.
Everything about our time was beyond expectations. The condo was stocked with a full kitchen for cooking and meal prep, the living room furniture was extremely comfortable, the beds were comfortable and the availability of beach chairs and towels was a great touch and such a bonus to have access to. We spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying the various views.
Overall - our experience exceeded our expectations!! Thank you for having us!!

The view is spectacular with the perfect balcony to enjoy it. We saw dolphins and manatees while enjoying our morning coffee on the balcony. We even saw pelicans soaring by at eye level. You have a view of the Gulf from every room.
The kitchen is fully equipped right down to a full spice cabinet and wine refrigerator. There are TV's in both bedrooms as well as the living room. Bathrooms are furnished with oversized, luxurious bath towels and hairdryers. There is plenty of closet and drawer space as well as a full size washer and dryer.
I didn't repeat the comments about the Treasure Island area that have been cited in previous reviews. I agree with them wholeheartedly.
Owners Beth and Ron are very responsive to any requests and are anxious to make the vacation as enjoyable as possible. They couldn't have been more gracious. Thank you both.
